PRINTING, SAVING, or EMAILING A SCREEN SHOT:

We have been asked many times how to take the different WaveNode software screens, primarily the SWR graphing screen, and print or paste them into a document. Printing or pasting the screen after graphing an antenna allows you email to your graph or save it as a file for later comparison.

To either print, save the screen, or paste into an email or document:

1. Click on the software screen you want so it is the top screen.

2. Press and hold the <Alt> key and press the <Print Screen> key .

3. Open the NotePad, WordPad, Word, Excel, or whatever program you wish to paste the document into. Under the "Edit" menu select "Paste" and there is your screen, ready to be saved as a file.

4. You can size the screen by grabbing the corner with the mouse. Size the screen so that it will print the size you want. The SWR screen will print full size without shrinking it if you print in "Landscape" mode.

Hint: Using Microsoft Word will allow you to save the picture in just about any format you want, including an .htm or .html file that is easily put on a webpage. These can be universally viewed regardless of browser or computer.
